Socket tube manufacturing common materials
The commonly used raw materials for socket pipe fittings are generally divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and polypropylene PPR.
Carbon steel commonly used grades are Q235, 20#, A105, etc.;
Commonly used stainless steel grades are 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2, etc.;
Commonly used alloy material grades are 15CrMo, 1Cr5Mo, 16Mn, 12Cr1MoV, F11, F22, 10CrMo910, etc.
Other materials: copper alloy, nickel alloy, etc.
Application area
The socket fittings are mainly used in departments and fields that require high pressure, precise dimensions, and other fields such as petrochemicals, medical and health, power, aerospace, military, firefighting, metallurgy, shipbuilding, gas, nuclear power, and environmental protection.
